Our FemaleFIT™ process helps answer tough questions including:
• What do I want my money to do for me (and those I care about)?
• How can I build a plan that aligns with those values?
• How can I determine how much I will need?
• How can I build the wealth I will need with the right amount of risk for me?
• What can I do to make sure I can keep pace with the rising cost of living?
• How can I best prepare for health care costs and possible long-term care needs?
• Have I done all I can to reduce my tax burden?
• How can I make the most of my Social Security and pension benefits?
• What can I do to protect myself from market downturns?
• How can I provide for those people (and causes) I care about after I am gone?
FemaleFIT™ is led by:
JULIANNE F. ANDREWS
MBA, CFP®, AIF®
With over 30 years of experience in the financial planning industry, as well as a host of awards with her name on it, Julianne Andrews is a passionate Wealth Manager for her clients. For Julie, however, her entry into financial planning came about rather organically. After receiving her MBA, Julie began her professional career as a financial analyst for a Fortune 100 company in its strategic planning area. Although preparing financial forecasts for a large corporation was interesting, she felt she could apply those same skills to individuals and families in a more impactful and meaningful way.
CATHY C. MILLER
MBA, CFP®, CRPS®, CDFA™
Cathy’s passion for helping others in their financial lives began when, at age 23, she lost her mother to a drunk driver. As she watched her father struggle to understand and take over the family finances while dealing with the loss of his life partner, she realized what a difference a financial advisor would have made in her family’s life. She dedicated herself to helping clients capitalize on the good times and deftly navigate the bad. She realizes life’s journey isn’t always a smooth one, but is committed to working hand in hand with her clients to make their life’s journey richer.
Mari, a Boone, NC native, joined AFA as a Wealth Manager in June 2019, following two and half years spent with another Atlanta-based firm as a Client Care Coordinator. Mari has always had a passion for helping and serving others, and after discovering that many people struggle in finding financial confidence, she now finds her work at AFA incredibly meaningful. She specifically enjoys working with women going through transitional events in their lives. Mari’s devotion to this niche stems from when her father passed away unexpectedly, and she watched her mother transition through the steps of life as a single-parent.
JA, CFP®, CTFA®
Michelle joined the Atlanta Financial family in July 2018 as a Wealth Manager bringing with her a background as an estate planning and elder law attorney.
Michelle’s desire to work with individuals and families seeking financial guidance comes from a very personal place. In her last year of law school, her mom passed away unexpectedly. Michelle was faced with resolving her mom’s complex estate while balancing the inherent difficulties of a blended family.
